Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of placing an order.
Orders can take up to 12 business days to arrive.(most of the time less )
For US customers the average time is around 3-8 days.
For Europe customers the average time is around 3-6 days.

My name is Avi Sharvit, I am an artist and a sailor. My specialty is making jewelry.
I believe that the sea brings peace and tranquility and eventually connects with earth, therefore my designs are affected by the sea and nautical codes with a slightly touch of mother earth and blacksmiths methods.
My first creations celebrated the nautical theme. The exhilaration of the creative process was so heightened that I found myself immersed, body and soul, in working simultaneously in many and varied precious metals. Guided by the matter itself, it brought to life my imagining only to be matched by the acquisition of my work initially by family, friends and tourists from all over the world.
Many years later, through circumstances and synchronicity, having established myself in my own homeland, I have garnered my studios in Los Angeles, California. Throughout the years, although I have maintained an affinity for the nautical theme, I pursued other endeavors within new fields and ideas in the art of precious metal. Today, I have been inspired by the arcane grace and beauty of blacksmiths and converted their methods and sensibilities to gold, silver and precious stones; all fused into my new proclamation of my artistic journey titled RUSTICA.

I ship all items via Eco Post air-mail which includes insurance, a tracking number, and delivery confirmation which take 5-8 business days to arrive.
You can easily upgrade to EMS express shipping upon order, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your door.

In case of a package returned to me due to reasons that fall under customer's responsibility i.e. failure to claim the package, incorrect address etc. customers will be charged all fees and expenses involved.

All of my work is handmade, therefore there may be slight differences in each piece.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please CONTACT ME within 14 days of delivery and I will help you resolve your problem. Please send the item back to me in its original package and in the condition of arrival within 21 days, and I will refund your PayPal account for the full amount minus the shipping fees.
Special orders and custom-made items (such as engraved items or rings) I will not be able to refund but I will be happy to resize or modify the item to your satisfaction.

How to know what ring size you need
The best way is to go to a local jeweler and get your finger fitted for size.
Another option is you to follow these instructions and send me the final length you got:
1. Get a non-stretchy string or paper about 6" long and 1/4" wide.
2. Wrap around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug, but not too tight.
3. Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps forming a circle.
How to know what bracelet size you need
Measure your wrist with a sewing measuring tape or use a simple string or a piece of paper. Wrap the string (or paper) around your wrist (below the wrist bone) where you would normally wear a bracelet, cut the string/paper and measure it against a regular home ruler.
How do I prevent my silver jewelry from tarnishing?
The best way to prevent your sterling silver jewelry from tarnishing is to WEAR IT! The oils on your skin will “clean” the silver and keep it looking shiny.
What do I do if my Sterling Silver jewelry tarnishes?
Your silver jewelry has turned black or has tarnished? Calm down and please keep in mind that this is sterling silver, and even if it seems like the end of the world nothing is irreversible! (:
Any silver polishing cloth Usually gets the job done if the tarnishing is very mild.
If your pieces are heavily tarnished and you don’t have the time to clean them, take them to a professional silver cleaner. They will get the job done in a few minutes!

How do I prevent my gold plated jewelry from tarnishing?
As this is a brass dipped in 18k gold thick platting which makes it water resistant it won't last for years unless you take care of it.
You most keep it away from water with chlorine like swimming pools and hot tubs, lotions and perfume.
Make sure to spray perfume or put lotion on before putting any jewelry on.
Your accessories will last for years if you care for them well!
