Session Recording

A video conference link will be auto-generated for all breakout sessions. To find this link, click on "livestream" in the schedule and then locate the last ten digits of the address bar or click on the calendar invite and then locate the last ten digits under "Join Hangouts Meet" (e.g. https://meet.google.com/tzw-ebfg-kyn).

For those of you who are hosting a breakout session, please use the last 10 digits to present to the video conference unit and to record your session. Please feel free to ask Googlers present in your session for assistance on how to do this.

BlinkOn 11 is an unconference

This means attendees will have the opportunity to shape BlinkOn 11's agenda like never before. Here's how this will work:

  1. Attendees propose 30 minute sessions in advance or right during BlinkOn using the scheduling tool (bit.ly/blinkon1-votes).
  2. Attendees vote on the proposed sessions to determine room size via the scheduling tool (bit.ly/blinkon1-votes).
  3. We will use the information to create a schedule, we will leave a few slots open for ad hoc meetings and late proposals.
  4. Also, in order to see the schedule you can subscribe to this Google Calendar.
  5. If you want to propose multiple sessions or need more slots, simply do so via the scheduling tool. Consider adding a postfix like “Part one”, “Part two” where appropriate.
  6. For questions please send a mail to blinkon-planning@google.com or goto #problems-and-feedback on the BlinkOn Slack.
