Venice Gondola Ride

See Venice the way it is meant to be seen, from the canal aboard a classic gondola. Longer bookings (90 mins or more) can stroll the narrow streets for another view of the city after the ride. Things to know: - Gondola rides vary from €90-€180 depending on the time of day, and duration of the ride and are not included in the shoot cost. - High water may alter the route of the gondola. - The gondolas begin running at 9 AM. - Please bring cash on the day to cover the gondola ride (they do not take credit or debit cards) and your photographer will assist in purchasing the ride from an available station. - Alternatively, during busy times (afternoons and weekends) , you may purchase tickets in advance from the official agency websites to avoid any time needing to wait for an available gondola , which is included in your shoot time. Please confirm with your photographer when you purchase tickets. Advance tickets are typically priced slightly higher. - Most gondola rides are private and priced per gondola. They can accommodate up to 5 people (including your photographer). If purchasing tickets in advance, please ensure you are purchasing a private ride (not a per person ride, as some agencies do sell per person tickets) in order to accommodate your photographer’s ride. A private ride will also ensure there are no other travellers on your boat for photos!
