in making handmade nougat, peanut brittle and many more delicious treats.
The brand started
out with its founder Hayley wanting to put her own spin on the traditional
nougat, with inspirations from the huge pyramid-shaped displays of Turkish Delight and Nougat while she was working at Beirut as
a private chef for 5 years.
