We want to keep Evangel Church exciting and engaging AND safe and healthy. Please make decisions regarding mask-wearing and in-person or online attendance that are best for you and your family.
We will continue to have two Mask-Required sections in the Worship Center for anyone who would feel more comfortable sitting in those areas. Thank you all for walking with grace during this season. We will continue to strive to do our best to minister to you and your family whether in-person or across the screen.

Summer Camp & Scholarships
THIS SUMMER
SAVE THE DATE because our Evangel Kids & Students are GOING to camp this Summer!! At Evangel, it is our goal that money would not be an issue for families when sending their children to camp. This is one reason why we offer camp scholarships (funded though Kingdom Builders). If a scholarship would help send your child to camp, please fill out our Scholarship Application by Sunday, April 24th. Please contact Pastor Sara or Pastor Robbie with any questions.
Evangel Students (current grades 6-12)
SAVE THE DATE: June 13-17
All current Evangel Students (Grades 6-12) are invited to join us for Youth Camp June 13th-17th at Cross Pointe Camp & Retreat Center in Rocky Mount, MO. Camp is always a high-energy, high-impact week of memory-making and spiritual growth for our students. You won't want to miss it! The cost is $200. ($25 deposit due by Sunday, May 8th)
Evangel Kids (current grades 2-5)
SAVE THE DATE: June 29 - July 2
Current 2nd-5th graders will be able to join us from Wednesday, June 29th through Saturday, July 2nd. Kids will have a blast playing group games, hanging out at the pool, canoeing at the lake, building relationships with friends, and learning about our powerful God through services & small group time! Camp will take place at the Lake Maurer Retreat Center in Excelsior Springs, MO! Cost of camp is $185. ($25 deposit due by Sunday, May 8th to reserve your spot - final balance is due on Sunday, June 12th.) More information will be available as we get closer to camp!

Adopt-A-Chair
Worship Center Remodel
As part of the Worship Center remodel, we will be installing new seats and carpeting. We would love to see every chair adopted and prayed for in the Worship Center. You can be a part of this event by investing in a chair with a donation between $1 and $200 (the cost for each installed chair). Some will adopt one chair; some will adopt a chair for each family member; others will adopt an extra chair to symbolize a person who will come to Christ at Evangel through their impact. However you choose to adopt, please pick a chair in a different spot from where you sit and pray for those who are sitting there each week or will sit there at a future event. To adopt a chair, click here and choose your seat(s). Thank you for investing in God's Kingdom work at Evangel!

Soul Healing Weekend

Do you want to encounter Jesus in ways that bring healing, restoration, and wholeness? If so, join us at Colonial Presbyterian Church (9500 Wornall Road, KCMO 64114) for the next Soul Healing Weekend - Friday, April 22 from 6 - 9 pm and Saturday, April 23 from 9 am - Noon. Experience engaging worship, Biblical teaching, and prayer for emotional healing with members of the Soul Healing Prayer Team. Donations accepted. Email Nancy Morgan to register.

One Day to Serve

Restore Prayer is available in the Prayer Room 205 during both services every Sunday! No appointments needed - the prayer team is in there so stop by and someone will be happy to pray with you!
