Measuring the Impact of Peer Support for Families who Faced Advanced Childhood Cancer
This survey is intended to gauge the potential impact of having peer support for families facing an advanced diagnosis and eventually lost a child to cancer.  More specifically, the goal of this survey is to determine how much value you would have derived from  services that:
  1. Matched you with bereaved, trained peers who have faced a similar journey. These peers could have helped your family via connection, support, communication and navigation toward resources such as palliative care, hospice, tissue donation and more.
  2. Enabled families to reduce stress and focus on what mattered to them by offloading the time and complexity dealing with insurance issues, finding financial assistance, identifying therapists, finding travel grants by actually doing the work needed for these items.
This survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.  It is anonymous unless you choose to share your contact information with us.  If you have any questions about this survey or our services, please reach out to us at info@zachsbridge.org
