I was 24 when I turned to Google and asked
What is the best job in the world?”

Google didn't have the answer, so I created it.

I wanted to find my purpose, my reason for getting up each day.

I could never have imaged the route finding my purpose would take me. When I started filming videos on YouTube it was a personal search, a way to discover my own passions, it was never to grow a following, I simply wanted to know what I was meant to do.

The amazing thing is that YouTube did just that, my growing followers pointed out that I was great at explaining and making fitness attainable.

So while at my marketing job at BMW/MINI I did a 6 month course to become a personal trainer and promised myself that I would quit my job as soon as I was fully booked with clients for one month. It happened and as they say the rest is history, I’d found my purpose, however I couldn’t have predicted the adventure that was to come.

Having a purpose is the difference between making a living and making a life.

After 2 years working solidly with clients my online presence and opportunities were starting to interfere with how reliable I could be for clients, so I made the decision to reduce my hours working in the gym and move more of my coaching online, into my online membership and into retreats.

I’ve facilitated incredible retreats over the world.

From conquering Mt Kilimanjaro to Machu Picchi, from Portugal to Bali, England to Greece creating a safe space for individuals to come and explore who they really are with likeminded people is one of my favorite elements of my career.

My teaching as a coach has continued to transform with the launch of my online membership - Moodment.

During lockdown I was hosting classes 3 times a week to over 200+ people over Zoom, it was the most wonderful, intimate experience that really cemented my community and while I would have loved to continue once life returned it was not possible which is when Moodment was launched. Moodment is a wellness app based around listening to how you truly feel and getting support to feel better or to lean into that mood. It has workouts, yoga, playlists, meditation, hypnosis, taping therapy, daily challenges, secrets, live workouts and the most beautiful community section. 

After years of struggling to switch off and breathe correctly,

I wanted to learn more about breathwork and meditation so I decided to train to be able to combine it with my teachings and it has been such a game changer for both helping clients get better results physically but mentally and I love hosting sessions within my own community, at festivals and for branded events.

This flourished after having my daughter Jax as I realized the immense power of reading to someone else. I realised that there is a gap in the market for writing books that not only educate the child but remind the parent or enable the parent to start a discussion about something they might find tricky.
