Dear Supporter
If you missed Bridge To Farce in Cuckfield last month you still have another chance to see it on CDS's "World Tour (of Mid-Sussex)".
With a beautifully executed show and all the same extremely talented cast CDS are taking the show on tour - all of six miles down the road to the village of Hurstpierpoint and the Players Theatre.
Be quick - tickets are selling fast!
- The characters were strong and portrayed extremely well by the cast.
- A very funny play. Great to see strong original work!
This is our first collaboration with the Players Theatre and CDS Chairman Peter Bowman said "it's wonderful to be able to take Bridge To Farce to a new audience so soon and The Players Theatre is a terrific venue, allowing audiences to get close to the action”.
Not having to build the set the weekend before the show, is a novelty for CDS and the cast have been able to concentrate on getting ready to wow audiences once again! Here's a photo of them rehearsing last week at this charming community theatre.

Steve Somers, Hurst Players Chairman, said, "We're delighted to offer this hilarious new comedy a well-deserved second run, and for the Players Theatre to host our friends from CDS for the first time. It's an exciting development and a sure sign that local theatre is thriving".
