The results of this form are shared with the members of the CoC Committee (https://galaxyproject.org/community/coc/#the-galaxy-coc-committee). You can file a report to one member of the committee or the Ombudsperson in case you believe that other avenues of reporting may be biased.

If you don't receive an acknowledgement of receipt via email from the CoC Committee within 72 hours, please email code-of-conduct@lists.galaxyproject.org.
