This introductory nutrition session is recommended for everyone as it focuses on the basics of healthy eating to support optimal health and wellness. Learn about balancing meals and meal planning using whole unprocessed foods. Information will be provided on timing of meals, grocery planning and how to achieve healthier options when eating out.
