This sugar has a unique and wonderful flavor. My favorite use is to substitute Muscovado for brown sugar in pumpkin pie. Tip: can dry out fast...a terra cotta sugar saver would be a good thing to get with this.

so good and so expensive i wouldn't let my mother use it to make cookies
great product for recipes calling for table and tea spoons using cupfuls would be a waste and probably overpower the dish
