Hi DVHS students!

Academic Leadership tutors are available during ACCESS period Wednesdays & Thursdays in the Commons.

Reminders & Logistics:

• If you want to have an assigned, guaranteed tutor:

  • You must make requests at the GOOGLE FORM only

  • You must fill out a request by 3:30 P.M.THE DAY PRIOR TO THE DAY you want to request a tutor for (Ex: If you want a Wed Student support period time, you must fill out a request by 3:30 p.m. Tuesday).

  • One request=one form (Ex: If you request a tutor Wed 8.18, that does not mean you also requested a tutor for Thurs 8.19, or next Wed 8.25)

  • If you request a tutor by 3:30 p.m. the day prior, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that will provide you with info about where to go.

  • If you do not show up, understand that you reserved a tutor and that takes away from other students who may have needed that tutor. You also abused that tutor's time:/. Do not be THAT person!

• You can also come to drop in tutoring during Wednesdays & Thursdays without signing up, BUT:

  • you will not be guaranteed a 1:1 tutor

  • you may be working in a small group with other students
