Akosua Rigzin (aka  Jacqueline Smith) has been practicing meditation for almost forty years and taught many individuals and classes to kick start their own practice or learn relaxation techniques to  try  experiencing  a  more stress-free life.

​

She is a qualified professional Homeopath in private practice for          30 years since graduating from The Scottish College of Homœopathy with Distinction in 1997, going on to lecture there for several terms. She then, in 1999 and 2004, studied in Greece with world renowned homeopath, Professor George Vithoulkas.

In 2005 & 2006 she completed Reiki I & II then went on to train and  be  initiated  as  a  Reiki Master Teacher.

In 2007, Jacqueline undertook an advanced homeopathy course at The Bengal Allen Medical Institute in Kolkata, India gaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Homoeopathic Therapeutics. She practices Classical Homeopathy.

​

She was coordinator for the Ghana Homeopathy Project from 2014-17, training Ghanaians to become homeopaths and leading rural and urban clinics. She is now Chair of UK registered charity   Homeopathy in Africa.
