Position: Full-Time Courier/Driver
Location: Sydney
Courier/Driver Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods
- Fluency in Filipino preferred
- Experience may be required or preferred
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Operating equipment and machines, such as forklifts, is a plus but not required
Courier/Driver Responsibilities:
- Assigned at Forex Cargo’s Ingleburn Head Office
- Deliver empty Balikbayan Boxes to customers
- Pick up Balikbayan Boxes from customers
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles
- Accept payments for Balikbayan Box pick-up and delivery
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Prepare reports and other documents related to pick-ups and deliveries
- We are seeking someone who is reliable, dedicated, and can provide exceptional service to our Forex customers as you pick up Forex Balikbayan Boxes that our customers send to their loved ones.
