* If you are not able to use PayPal and paying by cash or check: Please still submit this online ticket order form, then print out the email of your responses from this Online Order Form and turn it into the Buri Buri Main Office "Attention: PTA" with your payment of cash/check as soon as possible.

- Pre-paid wristbands will be available at the door at the check in tables upon arrival at the Glow Dance event. Please use the same name from this Online Order Form.

- This is not a drop-off event. An Adult must stay with their child at all times.

- Snack ticket is included with admission.
Full meal purchase option is available via a taco truck in the parking lot.
