• To get your pass to the event, please show your transaction proof (invoice), email confirmation, personal ID at registration counter.
• Only customers who have purchased bundle products are allowed or eligible to join the event.
• With every bundle purchased will get Gwan Hee Hi Bye session. You will also receive a bonus limited edition photo card and special merchandise. For MVP bundles you will get exclusive group photo with Gwan Hee.
• Limited edition photo card & special merchandise can be collected on the registration counter.

• MVP category are required to arrive by 12:30 pm WIB at the latest to participate in the Group Photo Session before the event begins.
• Before entering the venue, MVP customers need to register at the registration desk.
• MVP customers will be guided by the committee to the venue for group photo.
• The group photo will be taken in turns. With a maximum of 20 people per session.
• Customers who arrive late from the specified time are not permitted to participate in the group photo session.
• Customers are not allowed to bring any type of camera (smartphone, pocket camera, digital camera, mirrorless, etc.) during the group photo session.

EVENT INFORMATION

1. The event will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Britama Arena, Mahaka Square, Kelapa Gading.
2. Event organizers will conduct identity checks before you enter the event area. You are required to bring a valid ID card, proof of purchase for the Gwan Hee Bundle Collection, and the confirmation email sent after completing the transaction.
3. Participants will be categorized based on the product bundle purchase category and will be fully arranged by the committee. Participant categories consist of Hoopster, Playmaker, and MVP.
4. Invited guests are expected to enter the main area/hall according to their participant category.
5. Participants will receive seating area information based on their category, which will be sent via email from Russ&Co approximately three days before the event and will be fully arranged by the committee.
6. Participants attending the event are responsible for their own personal risk. Russ&Co is not responsible for any medical conditions of attendees that are pre-existing illnesses.
7. Participants with special needs / pregnant women will be allocated in a special area in the section according to their participant category.
8. Russ&Co reserves the right to deny entry and/or remove you from the event area without a refund if there is a violation of the rules and conditions mentioned.
9. Considering the event is held in an indoor area, please maintain order, security, and take care of your health and the health of those around you.
10. The event schedule may change at any time without prior notice. Please adjust your arrival time accordingly.
11. Russ&Co reserves the right to change/add or modify all the terms and conditions listed without notice.

ENTRY ACCESS DETAILS

1. The entry access you have received is for attending the event "Single Shot: Meet & Greet With Gwan Hee" presented by Russ&Co.
2. Purchased entry access cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled.
3. Entry access is only valid if the purchase is made according to the procedures specified by the electronic/online transaction service provider as stated on the official Organizer’s website or at the designated entry access sales locations determined by the Organizer.
4. Entry access is only valid for buyers of Gwan Hee Bundle Collection who have completed the attendance confirmation form sent via email by Russ&Co.
5. To obtain entry access, participants are required to bring a valid ID card, proof of purchase for the Gwan Hee Bundle Collection, and the confirmation email sent after completing the transaction, which then must be exchanged for a physical wristband used as entry access during the event.
6. The wristband cannot be used for repeated entry into the event.
7. Physical wristbands/access received cannot be canceled and/or transferred for any reason.
8. The name registered on the attendance confirmation must match your name as it appears on your valid ID card.
9. Valid photo identification includes Identity Cards for Indonesian Citizens, Driver’s Licenses, Passports, Student IDs, and Identity Cards from the country of origin for Foreign Nationals.
10. Make sure you fill out the attendance confirmation form using your valid and correct personal data.
11. Entry access is only valid for participants aged 13 and above.
12. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, and children under the age of 3 are not allowed to enter the event area.
13. All holders of physical wristbands/access must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this event information, event regulations (including health protocols), and participants must show the original confirmation email along with the original ID card to enter the event area.
14. Physical wristbands/access provided are for personal use only and not for unauthorized resale. If Russ&Co finds that the wristbands/access are being resold, Russ&Co may cancel the unauthorized sale without prior notice or approval.
15. Physical wristbands/access cannot be used for commercial purposes, including for prizes, competitions, giveaways, and/or others without the approval of Russ&Co. Entry access given for these purposes will be canceled without a refund, and the access holder will be banned from entering the event area.

INSPECTION

1. Russ&Co reserves the right to inspect bags, clothing, and/or other belongings at the event entrance and/or within the event venue.
2. To facilitate and expedite the bag inspection process, please do not bring oversized bags. If attendees bring bags that exceed the allowed size, event security has the right to deny entry to the event area.
3. Participants are only allowed to bring one bag measuring 20 cm x 30 cm into the concert area. If you bring a bag larger than this, it must be stored in the designated storage area.
4. Inspections are conducted for the safety and comfort of all attendees.
5. Participants must follow the rules and directions provided by event staff and personnel.
6. Russ&Co is not responsible for any items and/or property that are lost and/or damaged during the event.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. You are not allowed to re-enter the event area if you have exited Britama Arena.
2. You are not allowed to enter the event area before the designated time.
3. For safety and comfort, it is prohibited to bring suitcases, backpacks, and other large bags into the Fanmeet area.
4. Taking photos and/or videos using professional cameras and/or other recording devices is prohibited.
5. Live streaming is not allowed.
6. It is prohibited to bring/use restricted items such as chairs/folding chairs, food & drinks, selfie sticks/monopods, professional cameras/recording devices, weapons/sharp objects, illegal drugs, large fans/banners, tablets/ipads, flashlights/lasers, plastic/canned bottles, smoking, costumes, headbands that obstruct views, trumpets, and explosive materials.
7. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the Fanmeet area if these conditions are violated.
8. The organizer reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who obtains physical wristbands/access in an unauthorized manner, including but not limited to duplicating physical wristbands/access or obtaining them in any way that does not comply with the event organizer’s terms.
9. The event organizer is not responsible for negligence by the buyer that causes the physical wristbands/access received to fall into the hands of others (or be in the possession of others) and subsequently used as valid entry access to the event location.
10. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to visitors who do not have valid physical wristbands/access.
11. The organizer reserves the right to change the layout and seating arrangements within the event location at any time.
