Pre-Coaching Questionnaire
Hello!
This is an pre-coaching questionnaire for people who:
+ Are sick of being overwhelmed, stressed out, and anxious
+ Are done scraping by with the bare minimum of results or fulfillment
+ Don't have the energy (or desire) to keep pouring into the way things currently are
You are ready to UNTANGLE your self and gain more CLARITY in your life, business, and relationships.

This container is designed for humans like you -- people that are looking to deepen their own sense of self, develop positive daily practices, and integrate into one cohesive whole with clarity and purpose.
Core Program Pillars:
1. Keep your word to yourself by breaking down what actually matters, and what you're truly ready to commit to.
2. Develop personal practices to aid in untangling your current life and gain clarity through self-discovery.
3. Develop radical honesty in your understanding of your own self and desires, and process unconscious and limiting fears that have been holding you back.
4. Practice being open minded about yourself, and witnessing who you are and what is within without judgment.
I think personal practices are exactly that: personal. They aren't meant to be proscriptive or one-size-fits-all, and helping you develop your own practices is the same -- it's process we'll go through together, and I look forward to partnering with you for this part of your internal journey. As you gain clarity and increase your understanding about who you really are and what you desire, we'll work together to develop practices that will enable you to maximize this newfound clarity and establish the life, business, and relationships that you want.
We may pull from the work of Carolyn Elliot, Julia Cameron, Byron Katie, Brooke Castillo, Shuan McNiff, and others.
We may incorporate daily journaling, gratitude, affirmations, rewilding, meditation, yoga, EFT, essential oils, acupressure, self-care, and more.
We may read various spiritual and academic texts, explore biographies or documentaries, and learn more about the land you currently live on.
The program and practices will depend on who you are, where you are, and what you most need in order to gain clarity and break free from the overwhelm and stress you're currently experiencing.
A bit about me:
I'm an Enneagram 1, and I tend to be conscientious, objective, and strategic. I also know all about dealing with stress, tension, anxiety, and my own "inner critic". As a result, I've consistently developed my own personal practices, including journaling, deepest fears inventory, meditation, walking, hot baths, EFT, aromatherapy, Wild Unknown card reading, and nature bathing.
I believe in the power of consistent habits that deepen our awareness of self, allow us to untangle the hard things, and enable us to embrace clarity in all areas.
