Free Skate Information & Disclaimer

After the informational part of the recruitment night we may have time for free skating. We welcome you to join us and ask any additional questions you have at this time, or just hang out and get to know members of the league!

However, by participating in free skating, you acknowledge that skating carries inherent risks, and you agree to assume responsibility for all such risks. By skating you acknowledge that, although you will be wearing gear, it still possible to be injured, and you will assume full responsibility for any injuries. In order to participate in the free skate, please bring full gear including:

a helmet
knee pads
elbow pads
wrist guards
(optional) mouth guard

I understand that in order to participate in the free skate during recruitment night, I must wear full gear while on skates. Furthermore, I understand that skating comes with inherent risks, and I assume responsibility for all risks and will not hold High Tide responsible for any injuries. *
