Limitations:

• ChatGPT sometimes writes plausible-sounding but incorrect or nonsensical answers. Fixing this issue is challenging, as: (1) during RL training, there’s currently no source of truth; (2) training the model to be more cautious causes it to decline questions that it can answer correctly; and (3) supervised training misleads the model because the ideal answer depends on what the model knows, rather than what the human demonstrator knows.
• ChatGPT is sensitive to tweaks to the input phrasing or attempting the same prompt multiple times. For example, given one phrasing of a question, the model can claim to not know the answer, but given a slight rephrase, can answer correctly.

• If you have an environment set up on one machine, but are working from a different machine that doesn’t have that environment. Maybe, you’re working from a Mac, but need a Windows environment, and your Windows PC is at work.
• If you have code that can’t be on your local machine. Sometimes corporate policy is to never have code leave a local work machine.

• I don’t know if this will work with VSCodium, the telemetry free VS Code build that I use.

I got this new camera today. This company makes no frills cameras with decent sensors and interchangeable lenses. I got this one. You’re looking at it now on the YouTube video, though my cohosts are looking at the C920 it’s replacing.

It’s basically just a sensor and whatever circuitry is needed to get the signal to the USB port. There’s no bells and whistles and you definitely need to know how to adjust both the lens and settings in an application like OBS to get it to look right.

This week I also attached all my lights to the computer that we stream on using Q Light Controller Plus and a very inexpensive USB to DMX controller from a company called ENTTEC. It’s called Open USB 512 because marketing is their passion. It was 65 bucks, and someone from our community bought it from our Amazon wishlist. You can see the light shows I created in action during the lead in time before our live streams and super late at night when I DJ.
