It's been a dream of mine to build a Team that trains hard as hell and trains together, regardless of which gym we train in every day.

**I'm beyond excited to to say that for the first time ever, you can be part of my team, FitGOD! **

This ain't for everybody so please read carefully before you get started.

When you join FitGod Hybrid, you'll be training with me and your new teammates each day. We'll follow my training calendar, which means we're training 5-6 days per week, with all of us doing the same training on the same day.

**I'll be programming each training cycle and doing the training myself. **

If you'd like to train on your own, but you still want to use a program that I've written, scroll to the bottom of this page and pick a program based on your specific goals.

Regardless of the program you pick, I'll deliver your training through my app and I can't wait for you to get started!

I'd call what I'm doing in my training today, Hybrid training. That's why I'm calling our Team that trains together each day, FitGod Hybrid. My training includes strength and power work, focusing on explosive movements, and some conditioning pieces. We'll train like athletes train. That's just where I'm at with my training today and if you're on board, let's start training together today.

100 reps of each, in order, completing one movement before moving to the next: Back Squats @ 50% of bodyweight Push Ups Wall Balls @20# Sumo Deadlift @ 50% of bodyweight Running Box Step Ups / leg @ 24" box Hanging Leg Raise Record the total time it takes to complete 100 reps of each movement to get on today's Leaderboard.

There are no true rest days here. Stay out of the gym but spend time outside, walking, playing, with the family, etc. Roll out, stretch, and stay active + get some sun and sleep so you're ready to go next week.

FAQs
Is Jason really coaching us?
This is the first time I've ever offered access like this. You'll be part of a team so you're not getting personal coaching, but for a fraction of the price, I'm going to develop and deliver training plans for the team and help coach and guide the team throughout our journey together.
What if I don't have access to a specific piece of equipment?
No big deal and you'll be able to swap movements when needed. Whether you're dealing with injury or pain, or you simply need to make an adjustment because you're traveling, I'm giving you the training session that you'll ideally stick to but life happens so adjust as needed.
What if I miss a day of training?
Get back on the wagon as soon as you can. The best thing to do is to jump right back into the training with the rest of the team, rather than always playing catchup. Don't make a habit of missing days but don't sweat the small stuff and one day of training won't make or break you. Think long-term!
Am I able to ask questions?
Absolutely. Post your questions (and your progress!) on the team's message boards. Your teammates and I will make sure you're getting a spot when and where you need it.
Do I get access to all of the training programs?
No. You'll pick between our daily training (FitGod Hybrid) or you can choose to purchase a training program from the options at the bottom of this page. When you're on the FitGod Hybrid Team, you're truly doing my training with me and with your new teammates. Training programs are done on your own.
