JazzCash- Your Mobile Account 4+

It’s getting worst every passing day. I have called jazz helpline thrice to register complaint of the issue still the issue is not resolved. There is no response of app even its a month beyond the issue is still same. All the app is doing is getting me on 1st login page even the MPIN and mobile number is same.! Its been a month neither the issue is being resolved even after complaints nor the app is working even after re installing/updating ... what else.-! Its just getting awkward to use this now and you can do nothing to fix the non serious disastrous issue.! You will loose all your trusty customers this way! Pathetic

THE BIGGEST SCAMMER OUT THERE IS THE JAZZCASH PLATFORM!
I tried to pay for my food using JazzCash and due to some error my payment wasn’t made but the amount was deducted from my account. As it usually happens the finance platform you’re using credits the amount back usually within 24 hours.
After several days of waiting, emailing and contacting the support team after a month they told me upon me calling them that tha amount can’t be credited back because it was already transferred.
Upon hearing this I contacted the other party whose support team was kind enough to respond to me as soon as I texted them and then they contacted JazzCash about crediting my amount back because the other party didn’t recover the payment. And after whole 30-35 days they returned my amount and that also not on my complaint but on other party’s request.
Beware you guys. I’m sharing this story so that you don’t get scammed the next time you try to make a payment because they’ll not return it to you. Even though they have the amount. Stay secure and I’ll encourage you using other financial platform to make digital payments.

Dear JazzCash Support Team,

I am writing this letter to express my utter frustration and anger towards the JazzCash app and the incompetent services provided by your support team. I have been trying to transfer my money through your app for the past few days, but unfortunately, every time I attempt to make a transfer, I receive the message, "oops we are facing an issue right now".

This is unacceptable! I have been using your app for quite some time now, and I have never faced such an issue before. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing that a basic function like money transfer is not working correctly, and I am unable to access my own money. I demand immediate action to rectify this problem.

Moreover, the customer support team that I contacted was of no help whatsoever. They were unresponsive and provided no solution to my problem. It is highly unprofessional to treat a customer in such a manner, especially when they are facing issues with the services you provide.

I demand an immediate resolution to my problem, or I will be forced to take further legal action against JazzCash. It is highly unfair to keep a customer's money hostage and provide them with no solution to their problem. I expect a prompt response and action from your end.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and provide me with a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible.
