January Weis Dietitian Virtual Events

The Weis Dietitian team is excited to offer virtual classes this January, including our Introduction to Intuitive Eating classes and cooking classes sponsored by Sunkist. Check out our schedule of interactive kids and adult classes below. Ingredient lists for cooking classes will be emailed to you about one week prior to class.

All class participants will receive a $5 coupon to use towards your next shopping trip!
Coupon will be added to your reward card, limit one coupon per month.

To register for a single class, click on the class title to complete the process. To register for multiple classes, simply use the same link and select a different date each time. Registration is required and closes 48 hours before each class.
As a reminder, all virtual programs are FREE to Weis Markets Rewards Card holders (have your reward card number handy when registering).

Kids Cooking Classes

Join us for fun kids cooking classes where kids make delicious recipes along with our Weis Dietitian team! Classes are suitable for kids of all ages unless otherwise noted, and adult help will be needed.

Meal Prep classes will feature two cook-along recipes that will be perfect to enjoy throughout the week.

Join us to learn about all 10 principles of Intuitive Eating. This is an approach to eating that focuses on listening to your body and improving your relationship with food. Both classes will cover the same material.
