Items do not have to be all handmade to qualify for this event.  If you are unsure if your business qualifies for this event, please contact us prior to submitting your application.  Sorry, direct sales/MLMs are NOT be accepted at this event (Thirty-One, Tastefully Simple, Color Street, DoTerra, etc.)

We reserve the right to limit vendors based on type of product (i.e. if we have a lot of a certain product, we may place a limit even if we have space available).

⏰SET-UP TIMES⏰   

✹FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2024✹   
◽️  SET-UP for spaces LARGER THAN 10X10
Drive-Thru or Cart-In times:  Starting at 9 AM with all vehicles/trailers off exhibit floor by 5:30 PM CST (please note this is a slight time change from past events).  Set-up in all spaces is available until 10 PM CST. 
   ✷In order to accommodate all of our vendors with drive-in requests, those vendors driving onto exhibit hall
      floor must unload items into your space and pull your vehicle/trailer out before beginning your set-up!  
   ✷Those driving onto the exhibit hall floor:  We will work to get you as close to your space as possible for set-
       up/tear down, but can't guarantee you will be exactly at your spot & you may have to cart your items a short
       distance.
   ✷ If you plan to have your trailer in your space throughout the event, it must be in place prior to 9 AM CST on          Friday's set-up day.  We will set up a private move-in time for you closer to the event.  Also, please     note on your application that you will be keeping your trailer in your spot throughout the event.      
    ✷Those vendors who drive onto the exhibit floor must be able to maneuver their own vehicles/trailers. Stand          Out Events/JunKin'CuZins will not drive your vehicle for you.
   ✷Vehicles that leak oil or other fluids will not be permitted on the exhibit floor and may be subject to an
       additional clean-up fee.  
◽️  SET-UP FOR 10X10 & THOSE NOT NEEDING TO DRIVE ON THE EXHIBIT FLOOR:   CART-IN ONLY!  7 PM - 10 PM CST (more times on Saturday!).  We will NOT be able to accommodate early arrivals!

CART-IN ONLY: All spaces starting at 7:00 AM CST.   ALL vendors MUST be in place by 9:45 AM CST.  Vendors arriving after 9:45 AM CST might not be permitted to set-up with no refunds given.  

ADDITIONAL SET-UP INFORMATION
There is a covered loading bay that you may pull vehicles/trailers in to unload.  There is a limited number of flatbed carts available for indoor use only;  you are strongly encouraged to bring your own carts.  Once your vehicle is unloaded, you will need to move it to the designated parking area BEFORE setting up your space.

SPACE INFORMATION
ALL SPACES are first come, first served & are reserved when both the application & the payment have been received by Stand Out Events/Later Gator Sales.  BE PREPARED TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT AS SOON AS YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION!  

BOOTH SIZES/PRICING are exactly as shown below in the application.  
We expect this event to sell out as it has every year and we might not be able to handle requests to upgrade in space size as we get closer to the event.  
There WILL NOT be any pipe/drape behind or between booth spaces.
Requests for specific types of spaces (corner/end) will all be considered but cannot be guaranteed.    
    Only one business per space is permitted.  
✹ Please select the appropriate size for your business needs!  You will NOT be able to expand beyond your booth space.  If items are set up outside your booth space you will be asked to move them into your space, including tables or racks, marketing signs, extra inventory, decor, etc. 
 WALL SPACE:  Limited wall space available.  Most wall spaces are 15 feet deep.  We have a limited number of 10x10 wall spots.  Check the application for more details.  Per Event Center guidelines items may not be hung on the walls unless it is hung using "Gaffers Tape" 
  
YOU MAY LEAVE YOUR TRAILER IN YOUR SPACE AS LONG AS YOU PURCHASE A LARGE ENOUGH SPACE FOR YOUR TRAILER AND THE ITEMS YOU WANT TO DISPLAY AROUND IT.    If you want your trailer in a WALL SPACE -- please note that the wall spaces are only 15 feet deep.  Keep in mind you will not get your trailer right up to the wall, so a trailer 8 feet wide will take up at least 10 ft depth of your space.   Trailers kept in your space during the event must be available for an early move-in.  No portion of your trailer can sit outside your booth space.  Please consider this when selecting your booth space.  

OTHER ADD-ONS: Fees will increase by $5 for each add on after October 1  
  TABLES (8 ft x 2 1/2 ft):  $10/table.   Tables are NOT included.  Tables are available to rent or you may bring your own. Tables are 8 ft long/2 1/2 foot wide.  
Chairs will be available on a cart for you to use as needed at no additional cost.  
  ELECTRIC ACCESS:  $20  Your space may be up to 50 feet away from an electric spot. You need to provide your own heavy duty extension cords.  Electric spaces are limited.  
 SECURE WI-FI:  For 2024, there will be NO additional cost for wi-fi access.  

APPLICATION PROCESS
Complete & submit this form.  An invoice should pop up AUTOMATICALLY that can be paid online using PayPal or a credit card.  The invoice will also be sent to your email.   You can find your invoice and application answers in your email from Later Gator Sales.   If you do not see your invoice IMMEDIATELY either as a pop up on your screen or in your email, please email us at latergatorsales@gmail.com so we can send you a link to your invoice.  Invoices not paid within 24 hours will be deleted.  

PLEASE...double & triple check to be sure you entered your email address properly!!  You would not believe how many applications we get with the wrong email address!

ADVERTISING
Stand Out Events will be actively advertising in a 100 mile radius of Bismarck, including newspaper, fliers, state
publications and electronic media.

THE FINE PRINT/OTHER DETAILS/STUFF YOU SHOULD KNOW
*All payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
*Stand Out Events/JunKin' CuZins reserves the right to photograph all booths/products/vendors/shoppers and use them in our marketing.  This includes photos we take as well as photos  taken by our paid photographer.
*Each business/vendor assumes all liability for the activities/items in their booth.  Each business/vendor is responsible for insuring their booth & personal property if desired.  Stand Out Events/JunKin' CuZins/Bismarck Event Center will not: be held liable for any theft or damage to vendor property; assume liability nor extend liability coverage for vendors &/or their property; assume responsibility for accidents inside the exhibit hall or on Event Center property.  
*All vendors must provide their own tools, fans, extra lighting for delicate displays, and extension cords (if applicable).
*All vendors must adhere to the Bismarck Event Center vendor guidelines, found on their website:

*Vendors must adhere to all legal regulations.  Sales of guns, knives, ammunition, animals, fireworks, or pornography is strictly prohibited!   
*Any vendor selling food products/distributing samples of food products is responsible for adherence to any local food guidelines established by the City of Bismarck, Burleigh County &/or the State of North Dakota.  This includes, but is not limited to, Cottage Laws.  
*No vendor may sell food or drinks that will be consumed on site without prior approval from Stand Out Events.  *Stand Out Events/JunKin CuZins/Bismarck Event Center staff will not be available to assist you with loading/unloading your items.  
*We reserve the right to decline booth space to any vendor at any time or to ask any vendor to remove merchandise that we deem inappropriate for sale or display. 
*For safety, no pets are allowed in the exhibit hall during set-up/tear down or during public shopping hours.
*No late set-ups or early tear downs - all vendors must stay for the full duration of the event. 
* Trailers CAN be parked overnight, at your own risk, in a designated area at the Event Center on Friday, 10/18.
*We are unable to allow early drop offs for trailers/equipment, including the day before the event.  
*If a Clause of this Agreement is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other Clauses of this Agreement will continue in effect.

BOOTH SIZE OPTIONS *
If you plan to keep your trailer in your spot during the event, make sure you select a space large enough to accommodate your trailer, including the hitch, door opening and figure in any space outside your trailer if you plan to place merchandise along the outside of your trailer.   Also, if keeping your trailer in your spot, PLEASE include that info along with your trailer dimensions in the "Notes for Us" section.
