Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our 8th Annual Hana Gala on Saturday, May 13, 2023. We could not do our work without our incredible constellation of volunteers! All gala volunteers will be provided with a volunteer meal!

We will try to accommodate all interested volunteers, but please note that signing up does not guarantee a volunteer spot, and we may need to reassign roles based on available shifts. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see you soon!

GALA ROLES (Select all roles that you are interested in, and we will do our best to accommodate your selection(s). You may volunteer for two roles, if the times do not overlap.)

Registration Team (4:00-7:15PM): Register and check-in guests as they arrive using our gala software platform.

Silent Auction Assistance (4:30-7PM): Share info about silent auction items with guests during cocktail hour; assist with bidding as needed.

Greeter / Traffic Control Team (5-7PM): Welcome and guide guests to where they need to be.

Auction Spotters (7:30-8:30PM): Be where the action is! Help our auctioneer identify auction bidders in the ballroom.

VOLUNTEER TRAINING (It's mandatory. Please indicate if you are available to attend the pre-gala in-person training for the role(s) you selected above. We will provide day-of refreshers as well.)
