TOSSIN : Loi sur le handicap d

Being disabled is not inevitable. While it is clear that wearing a handicap makes life a little more difficult for an individual, it does not justify his social and professional intellectual disability. Let's give the disabled the same chance and do their promotion.

This is the spirit that stimulate the adoption and promulgation of the 2017-06 law on protection and promotion of disabled people in the Republic of Benin.

In 79 articles, the laws passed by the deputies of the National Assembly 13 April 2017, specifies the conditions for treatment of persons with disabilities to enable them to express all their potential.
