I'm not sure if I have time to watch the weekly training video/complete the personal development homework? There is no deadline for this course. We will hold you accountable but everyone will need to go at their own pace. That's what good coaching is. In truth the work is never done when it comes to personal development. For myself & Sam included we consistently have to come back to the trainings we teach to review and update.

How much weight will I lose? This is not a diet/fitness plan so our focus is LESS about achieving a specific weight loss goal and MORE about you enjoying the process of lifestyle transformation, improving your relationship with food/drink in order to reduce self-sabotaging behaviours & bad habits that so many people have.
