Congratulations on completing your pledge period. The National leadership is excited to welcome you as a new brother of Pi Alpha Phi.  To officially become a Brother of Pi Alpha Phi Fraternity, please complete this form in its entirety.

Our online form contains 4 sections. All FOUR sections are required before your form will be accepted by the Fraternity

    1. Basic contact information.
    2. A survey about your experiences
    3. Membership Agreement and Acknowledgement
    4. Membership Payment

Upon completion, you will receive an email regarding payment.  Once your payment is confirmed, you will be officially registered as a Brother of Pi Alpha Phi!
