Currently raising money for my partner's cancer treatments! Thank you for your help!

***TERMS AND CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ)***

1. These commissions and prices are for private/non-commercial illustrations and thus cannot be used for advertisement, products, or anything else you might make money from. If you want to hire me for commercial work, send me a separate email so we can discuss rates. (email: monarchfisher@gmail.com)
2. You can absolutely post your commissioned work to social media. Please credit me as the artist! My handle is @MonarchFisher on Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram.
3. No refunds once I have started work on your piece.
4. My turnaround time is approximately one week to one month, depending primarily on speed of correspondence. I will keep you updated if complications occur; life happens.
5. I will not draw anything explicit, discriminatory materials, or anything else I’m uncomfortable with.
6. Prices may increase due to complexity (such as but not limited to: filigree, lots of detailed scales, complex pose, additional characters, etc.), and as such a definitive quote can only be made after all the relevant commission information has been sent to me.
7. You are not allowed to erase my signature or otherwise edit the final work.
8. You may not use my artwork as an NFT.
9. I reserve the right to turn down requests that don't match my skill set or general artistic focus.
10. I reserve the right to post the finished work and possible progress shots on social media (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, etc.) unless agreed otherwise. This will likely incur an additional fee as I won't be able for my portfolio or promotion.

Payment:

- Because I'm doing these commissions to raise money for my partner's cancer treatments, all payments must be made in USD to their Ko-Fi which I will link after confirming your commission via email.
- For commissions priced under 150$ , full payment must be made upfront.
- For commissions priced at 150$ and up, I will accept payment of half up front and the other half after sketch approval.
- I will not start working until I've received payment.

The Process:

1. Once I'm ready to begin work on your commission, I will send you an email to discuss the commission details and give you a final quote.
2. If you agree to pay the quoted amount, I will send you my partner's Ko-Fi link. The quote must be send upfront before work starts.
3. Once the invoice is paid, I will begin the sketch. Now for the fun part.
4. When it's ready, I will send you the sketch for approval. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the ONLY time you can ask for major changes (limit 2). Major changes include alterations to pose, facial expression, horns, clothes and armor, wings, etc. You can also request minor changes at this point (limit 2). Minor changes include adding freckles, blush, a small necklace, etc. Which changes are considered major and which are minor is entirely at my discretion as the artist.
5. Once the sketch is approved and any major changes are made, I will proceed to the line art and flat colors. (If only half of the commission amount was paid upfront, the other half must be paid at this point before I will proceed.)
6. When the line art and flat colors are ready, I will send you a flat color preview for approval.
7. Once the colors are approved, I'll move on to rendering.
8. When I'm done rendering, I will send you the final work for approval. This is the last opportunity for you to request minor changes.
9. Once any final changes are made and the rendering is approved, I will send you a high-resolution PNG of your commissioned illustration.
