My Non Diet approach to weight management, energy, and stress free eating 

I work with busy women who are struggling and frustrated with their weight and the “diet mentality". They are confused about how, what and when to eat, and are completely exhausted and unsure about how to nourish themselves and their families. In my work, I help clients to create and implement a highly personalized approach designed to help them manage their weight without the stress, boost their energy and focus, while dramatically saving them time preparing nourishing and sustaining meals in order to be fully engaged in life!

          Voula completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 1998. She also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the Universite de Montreal. In 2016, she obtained a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management.
        With over 20 years in the field, Voula has counseled hundreds of patients in the areas of weight management, diabetes, heart, and maternal health. Her Greek heritage and immersion in her family's restaurant business in Montreal, Canada, has given her a flair for the creative in the kitchen. One of her passions is teaching people how to create beautiful, healthy meals, without the hassle.
         She enjoys breaking down how the science of food is married with the absolute joy and fun of eating. Her approach is to meet every single person where they are in their journey with compassion and patience. With sustainable and practical tips, she helps clients learn how to nourish themselves with peace and joy.
