Complete this form to become a club member for the 2024 financial year (1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024).

Membership payment from this form is via the Square platform online. Sport fees are a separate payment and must be made when registering on each respective sport's platform. Players must register to play football, hockey or netball. Links to the various registration sites are listed at the completion of this form.

Membership Types (prices include GST)

Family $170
Includes two adults and any children aged 17 or under on  the 1st January (i.e. born on or after 1/1/2007)

Single $85
Person whose age is over 18 on 1st January (i.e. born on or before 31/12/2006)

Junior (Under 18) $35
Person whose age is 17 or under on 1st January (i.e. born on or after 1/1/2007)

Mini-Junior (Under 8) $11
Person whose age is 8 or under on 1st January (i.e. born on or after 1/1/2016)
Includes Auskick, HookIn2Hockey and NetSetGO! pre-modified netball

Senior $45
Non-playing membership eligible for a Senior's Card

Long Distance Single $25
Non-playing membership, living more than 400km from Nhill
Allows for entry to two home games

Are you or your family eligible for the Get Active Kids Voucher Program?

If your family or child has a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, you may be eligible for up to $200 to put towards the cost of each child’s registration and membership fees at the Nhill & District Sporting Club.

The NDSC's unique provider code is 2942452.

To be eligible for reimbursement your child/dependant must be:
  • aged 0 to 18 years
  • a resident in Victoria
  • named on an issued and valid Australian Government Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, or hold their own valid Australian Government Health Care Card (at the time of your application), and
  • named on an issued and valid Australian Government Medicare Card (at the time of your application).
You can apply for multiple children but you must apply separately for each child.

At the end of this process, visit https://www.getactive.vic.gov.au/vouchers/apply-for-vouchers/ and select "Get Reimbursed".
