Here you can report your missing Refinery/Factory upgrades, anything from July 14th, 2018 and back was already refunded, this is for upgrades from July 15th, 2018 to July 18th, 2018. If you lie you will be punished severely, we do have logs tracking every players refinery/factory loss. Thank you!
