Basically on membership or points accumulative, i do believe simplicity is the best. Physical card, snap picture of the card shall be honored as well. No point to use, and install a redundent app just for points accumulation. The app itself should be more robust then just a function to collect points.

Had problems with app, my order was in processing for 4 days then I ask why, then I found out the book I order isn't in stock ( writen on app as in stock back then ), they had to backorder, POPULAR MY use good courier, I noticed since my problem started they have make corrections to app, I hope future customer won't go through my experience. There are a lot of book not found on other online book platform, Some not in stock but they write which is and not now. Good accepted payments methods here.

I wanted to renew my membership card either for a year or 3 i still couldn't make any payment on it till my card has already expired. There is no use to download this apps if the system are useless. Its best for me to walk in and do new membership card. It would be faster then the apps. This is a very bad service and experience of all apps that i've downloaded.
