In addition, I have a background in supporting companies with strategic planning and execution, knowledge management, communicating with stakeholders, and creating efficient systems for business operations. I also have experience facilitating and assembling a busy schedule, allowing me to see the business's challenges and provide strategies to dodge, control, and solve them.

Project Manager at PERK Protocol

2021 - 2022

Promoted as Project Manager after one year as a Virtual Assistant. Oversaw the whole operation and handled communications and task management with stakeholders. Started and introduced a streamlined process to the company and implemented strategies that eliminated work friction and delays, making the team accountable.

  • Initiated the creation of a workspace for project tracking in ClickUp for the whole company providing the team one place for files, tracking, and updating their tasks.

  • Managed information flow by creating a communication plan that helps companies avoid data leaks and privacy risks.

  • Investors Pitch Event Management. Created an event in Eventbrite with correct details and location with email automation by merging other tools to the platform. Responsible for the creation of graphics for banner and social media posts.

  • Created the Brand Book and led the brand implementations. Completed graphics design for content, presentations, website, and other collaterals.

  • Management of LinkedIn page and social media strategic planning.
