Thank you for your willingness to participate in the events scheduled for September 9 and September 10.  
The event will begin with a presentation by Tammy Burns from the Parent Education and Advocacy Center titled: Parenting In-Person while Navigating Virtual Learning with an IEP. After the presentation, panelists from Chesterfield County Public Schools will respond to submitted questions. Staff will stay after the panel to give those in attendance an opportunity for any follow-up questions.
It is our intention to answer as many of the questions received during the events next week.  Knowing that our families may not be able to attend both/either of these events the Department of Special Education will be preparing an FAQ sheet to be shared in the upcoming weeks.

El evento comenzará con una presentación de Tammy Burns del Centro de Defensa y Educación para Padres titulada: Crianza en persona mientras se navega por el aprendizaje virtual con un IEP. Después de la presentación, los panelistas de las Escuelas Públicas del Condado de Chesterfield responderán a las preguntas enviadas. El personal permanecerá después del panel para dar a los asistentes la oportunidad de responder preguntas de seguimiento.
