Pie & Cookie Distribution (Nov 16, 2021): Assists in sorting/distributing family pie & cookie orders. Help needed between 3:15pm to 5:30pm.

Book Fair Volunteer (Nov/Dec 2021 & May 2022): Assists with setup/cleanup & sales. Help needed in-school hours & evenings

Hospitality (Nov/Dec 2021 & Apr/May 2022): Will help organize PTTF hosted dinner nights for Parent/Teacher Conference nights & Staff Appreciation Week

Craft Fair Setup (Nov 19, 2021): Help setup the Craft Fair from 3PM - 8PM (note in comments availability)

Craft Fair (Nov 20, 2021): Help needed across various areas of craft fair from 8AM - 4PM (note in comments how long you would be available for on Nov 20)

Craft Fair Planning: Will help with obtaining donations for our Raffle & Silent Auction Room

Showcase of Learning (Spring 2022): Assist with hanging student artwork and helping display other work as requested from staff during the Spring Showcase

Room Parent Volunteer Opportunity

*NEW* A Room Parent may only be designated to one classroom for the school year. If you have multiple children in different classrooms, you may not be a Room Parent in more than one classroom. A Room Parent will be required to help organize the classroom parties, in conjunction with the classroom educator, and will also be asked to be present in the classroom during the party (typically from 1:30PM - 2:30PM on the day of the party). Room Parents will be selected by lottery, if required. The PTTF will notify you to confirm if you were selected as a Room Parent.
