Raanan Boral, Jerusalem

I was born and grew up in Tel Aviv. I started my career in tourism in the 1980’s as a field guide in the Dead Sea and Judean Desert, and have since  devoted the past 25 years to the environmental shpere in Nature Protection in a non for profit organization and Environmental management and policy in the Ministry of Environment in Israel and in international environmental projects.

Today I am a certified tour guide specializing in Jerusalem and the three Abrahamic religions.

I live on the outskirts of Jerusalem, happily married , father to four children and grandfather to five.

Khaled Jadallah, Bethlehem

I was born and grew up in Bethlehem, a mixed Christian and Muslim city in the Palestinian Authority. After earning an engineering degree in the prestigious Novosibirsk University in Russia, I decided at one point in my life to pursue my curiosity and appreciation for different cultures and passion for traveling, and became a certified tour guide.

And so, for the past 15 years I have worked as a tour guide in Bethlehem and other important and significant locations and sites in the Holy Land. I have served as a lecturer at the school of Tourism at Dar Al Kalima University at Behtlehem.

I live in Bethlehem, happily married and am a father to four children.

It's a complicated city and Raanan as promised, untangled the web of Jerusalem in a spirited and compeling fashion. Knowledgeable and light hearted, Raanan had a way of sharing the history of Jerusalem that kept all of us interested and alert, no boring history tour here. It is also apparent that Raanan is interested in having his group enjoy themselves and learn. Highly recommend this tour and Raanan

Ranaan hit another tour out of the park! He has a way of weaving you through so much history in an hour and all the while time flies because he makes it interesting and completely enjoyable. His knowledge and presentation are priceless and he really is one of the best guides I have ever had the pleasure of taking a tour with! Ranaan's tours are like having your favorite history instructor taking you on a personal tour through history...

Informative, Funny and Engaging Tour. This tour went far above and beyond my expectations. Raanan was one of the best tour guides that I have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable of the history of Jerusalem and had a great sense of humor. He covered a lot of ground in a relatively short amount of time.
I read other reviews and was worried that the tour would be plagued with poor videw quality, but instead I was pleasantly surprised at how great the video resolution was... I highly recommend this tour. 10 out of 10!

Ra'anan was a information fire hose. Joyful, perfectly paced and a wonderful story teller. He pulled us virtually into his world and made us feel a part of it. We walked the streets with him, talked with him and learned with him. I highly recommend this tour! Do not miss it!
