Seeking Extras (Costumed/Cosplay especially) for Season 5 of The Guild
Please fill out this form... it's a bit lengthy but having all this info helps us greatly.  We are very busy and cannot reply to all of you, but we will keep your info on file for all future Extras opportunities with The Guild.  Also, don't forget the FINAL STEP listed at the bottom of this form.

ALSO: If you have already been an extra on Season 5, or filled out our other form when we previously asked for extras, DO NOT FILL THIS FORM OUT, we will contact you separately.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time we are looking for INDIVIDUAL cosplayers who have costumes ready for shooting in May.  IF YOU'RE A GROUP THAT COSPLAYS TOGETHER: please email us at guildcasting (at) gmail.com, SUBJECT: GROUP COSPLAY and give a short description of your group/costumes.

If you're not a cosplayer, we may still use you, please show us a pic of you in a costume (if you have it) or just a pic of yourself.

Typically we will need extras for the full day on the days of shooting.  Shoot days often start very early (6AM sometimes) and go for 12-14 hours.  Please give your FULL AVAILABILITY, even if (for example), you can only do 1 or 2 days of extra work, please tell us every possible day you are available (and then just note "I can only do 1 or 2 days" in the last box).

We need to know what costumes you have, and see pictures of you in them.  You can list three; please pick your best ones, or your personal favorites, or ones you think would best fit at a gaming/comic convention.  Don't worry if you have less than three, that's OK.  And if you have more than three and you'd like us to see the others, make sure you have a public online gallery that you can link to for us to see.

FINAL INSTRUCTIONS - IMPORTANT!
As the final step, please email a photo of yourself OUT OF COSTUME to guildcasting (at) gmail.com.  It doesn't need to be professional, just a snapshot is fine.  Preferably one that shows your face clearly and if possible, your body type.  If it's easier to send us a link to a photo on the web or a sharing site like Flickr, Picasa, Twitpic, etc., you can just email the link (FACEBOOK IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE, as it may not be publicly viewable by us).

Please label your email with subject "COSPLAY EXTRA: Your Name"  (where your name is filled in, of course :)

COSTUME PHOTOS: If you do not have links to online photos of your costumes, please email them to us at the same email, with the subject "COSPLAY EXTRA PHOTO: Your Name Character Name" and please use one attached photo per email.

And remember to add that email address to your contacts list, so that our emails to you don't go to your spam folder.
