We switched from ReCharge over to Seal a couple of years ago without any trouble. It's much less expensive, the support team is quick, knowledgeable, and they have actual humans look into your issues. Shout out to Nathan for top notch customer service.
Such a great subscription app, easy to use and just what we need. It would be amazing if we could have the option for our customers to select from set frequencies (which is why it's a 4 star rather than 5), but it's still great. Thanks.
Thank you for your review. Your customers actually do have an option to select the desired frequency :) You configure the options in the subscription rules and your customers can then select the desired option in the subscription widget AND in the customer portal.

Horrible customer service, if you can call it that. It takes 24+ hours because they are in the UK and I'm in the US, for one. They have no one else offering help if not in UK hours. The general reply is that there is a video to figure it out, or it's Shopify's fault, and it doesn't do that. There is no willingness to help figure anything out, and the attitude is horrible. They do not serve the customer. It turns out it's not Shopify's fault - it's actually Seal's that doesn't work like they said it would. Don't bother. The price is pretty, but that's about it.

Apologies if the app didn't work as expected. From what I see, the problem is with how your invoicing app displays the subscription info on your packing slips.
We just sent you an email about this, as we would love to learn more about what your packing slip app shared about this issue, so we can resolve this for you :)
And you are correct, we are based in Europe, and are trying hard to reply to each question as soon as possible. We are also looking into expanding our support team to the USA to make the experience even better :)
