Los Poblanos is a historic inn and organic farm in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. In addition to the scheduled programming guests can enjoy dips in the saltwater pool, local adventures on cruiser bikes, nature hikes, workouts in the fitness studio, and good old fashioned fun with games like bocce ball and cornhole.

Join Shira and Rachel for daily workshops and programming coupled with yoga, meditation and farm-to-table meals set among a backdrop of lavender fields, enormous cottonwood trees and lush formal gardens.

Payment will be processed upon registration. In the event that we quickly reach event capacity and are unable to secure additional accommodations your payment will be refunded and your name will be automatically added to the waitlist.

Rachel Rosenthal

Rachel Rosenthal is an organizing expert, speaker and founder of www.RachelRosenthal.co and Rachel and Company, a Washington, DC-based professional organizing firm. Rooted in the belief that organization can be achieved by all, Rachel emphasizes solutions that are easy to use and enhance a home’s existing aesthetic.

Since 2007, Rachel's firm has worked with 5000+ clients, and teamed up with prominent brands, including West Elm, Pottery Barn, The Container Store, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Who should attend THE RETREAT?

This retreat is designed for female founders (home organizers, stylists, coaches, wellness professionals, photographers, event planners, etc.) who have been in business for 3+ years. These women want to grow, expand, or improve their businesses in some way. It is ideal for those who are craving community and connection and want to focus on their business in an intimate and supportive setting. 

THE RETREAT is for entrepreneurs who value the benefits of stepping away from the daily hustle and grind, and are looking to reflect, recalibrate, and create long lasting sustainability and growth.

What is included as part of the ticket?

Enrollment includes all programming and activities, daily meals, beverages. Get ready for morning yoga and meditation, dips in the saltwater pool, organic al fresco dinners on the farm, stargazing and s'mores, and even a few bonus goodies to take home and enjoy. 

Registration also includes a 30-minute post-retreat follow up video strategy session with THE RETREAT founders Rachel and Shira. This session will provide you with accountability, actionable strategies, and concrete advice for your business.

The price of a ticket does NOT include accommodations or spa treatments at the Hacienda Spa on property. See below for more information on hotel rooms and spa treatments can be booked separately for those that would like to enjoy a bit more relaxation while at THE RETREAT.

We have a zero- tolerance policy for hateful, discriminatory, and/or racist comments. Any attendees exhibiting any form of bigotry or hate speech will be asked to leave the retreat and will not be refunded any fees paid.

 

Where is THE RETREAT located?

THE RETREAT is located at the beautiful Los Poblanos property in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The property is set among 25 acres of lavender fields, enormous cottonwood trees and lush formal gardens and has been described as “one of the most magnificent historic properties in the Southwest.”

The property is a close 15 minute drive or Uber from Albuquerque International Airport and there are convenient and direct flights from most major cities.

 

 

 

Are hotel rooms included in the ticket?

Hotel rooms are NOT included so that individuals have the ability to customize their stay. Our discounted room blocks include a variety of options so you can share with several friends sleepover party style, book your own private luxury guest room, or anything in between.

Once your registration has been accepted, you will receive a unique code so you can book the room of your choice at Los Poblanos at a discounted rate.

Los Poblanos has several room configurations to choose from including single rooms, double rooms, shared suites of up to 4 occupants, etc. This way, you can attend THE RETREAT with a friend (or 2) and share a room. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Payment is due in full at time of registration and is non-refundable. While tickets are NON REFUNDABLE, if you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another qualified attendee. THE RETREAT will not be responsible for finding or coordinating the transfer. If for any reason the event is not able to take place on the originally scheduled date, the event shall be rescheduled to a later date.
