Tekkers Total Goalkeeper - Summer 2024
The ultimate program designed for all aspects of GOALKEEPER development. This comprehensive training program consists of two weekly sessions designed to elevate your goalkeeping ability. On Thursdays, you'll be in the weight room for goalkeeper-specific exercises, focusing on mobility, hand-eye coordination, and explosive movements. This tailored approach ensures a well-rounded athletic foundation for goalkeepers.
Mondays bring on-field goalkeeper-centric sessions, led by our goalkeeping staff. You'll dive into the technique and form to maximize your ability while receiving plenty of valuable repetition. TTK is your gateway to becoming a more agile, skilled, and confident goalkeeper.

Week 3: June 17th, Weight room June 20th
Week 4: June 24th, Weight room June 27th
Week 5: July 1st, Weight room July 11th
Week 6: July 15th, Weight room July 18th
High School: 5-6 PM
