Corporate counsel play a critical but often underappreciated role in a company's success. They must interface well with a wide range of stakeholders and balance competing considerations to help their business stay ahead of the competition. In the post-pandemic world, outside counsel will need to recognize new challenges and opportunities to remain relevant and effective.

This one-of-a-kind, one-day CLE program, featuring experienced corporate and outside counsel, will explore relevant intellectual property and technology, issues through honest and practical discussions of topics, including:
  • Thinking globally, acting locally
  • Best practices and strategies for IP, tech, and privacy counsel
  • Tips for patent prosecution, licensing, and litigation
  • Brand versus budget
  • Diversity in the profession
