Unbothered & Unstuck FB LIVE

Protecting Your Own Mental Health
Discussion. Spoken Word. Music. Talk Therapy.

Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at 7:00 pm EST.

As a collective community, we are not ok. We are deeply bothered by mounting stress around race, our health in the midst of a pandemic, while experiencing things we haven’t felt before like anxiety, sadness, anger, uncertainty, and stuck.

We can’t breathe.

Or can we?

What if we changed the narrative and shifted to Unstuck and Unbothered?

Hosted by Amanda Fludd, LCSW-R, a Trauma Therapist and Women’s Leadership Coach. She is an advocate for mental health and passionate about hearing your story and developing your skills to navigate this life.

Join our panelists as we tackle the definition of Mental Health, how to protect it in a state of crisis, and better understand the power of your words.

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter."
