Hi all,
We are excited to share that we will be holding our third Changing Tides Cafe in collaboration with UPRISERS on August 13th from 10-11:30 AM.

CT Cafe is an open community space to discuss one mental health topic among peers. This week, the theme of the Cafe will be Relationships. We look forward to seeing you there with a cup of your favorite morning beverage and whatever questions or stories you would like to bring with you!
