1. Gently apply GOLD Preparation Gel to the treatment areas
2. Remove the device cap and ensure it is plugged into a power outlet
3. Select the RF treatment mode and a comfortable power level
4. Work in small circles over the treatment area to engage the orange light
5. Continue treating the area for 4-5 minutes before moving onto the next treatment area
6. Once you have completed your RF treatment, switch to the RF & ELV mode
7. Sweep the device over the jawline for a further 5 minutes on each side
8. Once complete, turn off the device and wipe clean with a cloth before replacing the device cap
9. Repeat 2-3 times per week for a period of 6-8 weeks
