Why Early Access?

“We want to ship World War Armies to players as soon as possible, but also have a chance to still develop some additional features after that. We also want to listen to the Community feedback in order to decide the priority of next features that are to be introduced before the full release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“If we only focus on the currently planned improvements, WWA will be in Early Access for about a month. If we hear of extra features being commonly requested by the community, it can take longer, but still within 2-3 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release build will be more polished overall. There will be a more seamless cross-play functionality, allowing users to transfer their progress between different accounts more easily. Some additional functionalities in battle, such as battle signals in 2v2 mode, will become available. Some UI improvements are also currently planned (such as, being able to skip the tutorial dialogues using keyboard).”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access Version is fully playable and stable, but some extra improvements are still under way.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game is free to play. At the moment, there are no plans to change the DLC prices on full launch.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are planning to monitor Community feedback closely to decide on the priority of new features that will be introduced. We will have specific feedback threads to talk to our Community.”
