Please RSVP here to attend the Green Infrastructure Tour. The tour is a required training to become a Water Wise Neighborhood Champion and an opportunity for you to access funds for green infrastructure projects on your property*!

City Wide Green Infrastructure Tour
On the Green Infrastructure Tour, we will hop on a bus and take participants on a tour of New Orleans' own green infrastructure projects. Participants will see both large scale and small scale projects in action. We will meet experts at each site and learn about how they were constructed along with their benefits.

Upcoming Fall 2022 Green Infrastructure Tours:

1) Friday, October 21, 2022, 4:45pm-7:30pm Meet at: Groundwork New Orleans Earth Lab, 1027 Spain St.

Bike or Ride-Along Green Infrastructure Tour; Bikes for Rent provided by: NOLA City Lights; Donation of $10-$30 to rent a bike, otherwise free to attend! (If you need a bike, but cannot donate at this time, we can do our best to accommodate you).

2) Saturday, December 03, 2022, 9am-12pm Meet-up Location: TBA; Green Infrastructure, Bus Tour

Must attend a Green Infrastructure 101 Workshop before attending. Seating for the tour is limited!

*Funding for projects are available to residents and businesses located in Treme, 7th Ward, Upper 9th Ward, Lower 9th Ward, New Orleans East or Hollygrove-Dixon.
