Armed with his grandfather’s trusty longsword and the dream of being the strongest, he sets out on the journey of a lifetime! It is sure to be a long and dangerous road, fraught with danger! And it all starts with a simple test - reach Level 5 in the dungeon called the ‘newbie zone’ and earn the right to become a full-fledged adventurer!
However, such things get hopelessly derailed when his adolescent mind beholds an exposed chest for the first time. A fateful meeting that would inevitably lead his life in a direction he never even dreamed of!

The author is a pretty solid writer. He knows how to use dialog tags and exposition properly, which I can't say about a lot of authors.
My biggest flaw with his writing style is that the author uses casual vocabulary where it doesn't fit. He'll describe a mischievous smile as being a "shit-eating grin". This is fine in casual conversation, but you expect the narrator to have a more mature vocabulary and pulls you out of immersion when you see it being used so strangely.
Grammar is fine. I don't see a lot of errors very often. I don't pay close attention to punctuation, but I didn't notice any overt problems.
Story is hit and miss. The start was just brilliant. But as the author changes the setting, he starts including some very awkward story elements.
For one, he'll introduce certain characters that you KNOW are destined to be killed off or some other miserable fate simply because of the way they're treated. Then the author develops those characters and tries to make you care about them. This takes place over the next 20-50 chapters all the while the author regularly reminds you "she's destined to die." No, don't do that. I don't want to care about people I know are going to die. At least make the death a surprise and don't advertise it every other chapter.
Then we have the sex scenes... This series includes every form of sex you didn't want to read about. We have fisting, dickgirls, rape, S&M, tentacle sex. The series didn't start with it, but got added later on. Often entire chapters are dedicated to describing a fetishistic sex scene in loving detail. I wish the author just dropped that whole element to the series personally, but some people seem to like it in the comments. Whatever. I'm not taking marks off for it, I'm just informing you that it's there.
The characters are pretty good aside from the authors need to add a new extreme fetish with each new character.
The protagonist is a wonderfully unique character I will admit. Although I feel like his knowledge of the world advances just a bit quickly considering his age. Just because you have high 'int' doesn't mean you have worldly experience. As of the current chapters, the protagonist handles every situation like he's an expert on the matter. I could leave it alone if the author skipped over more time, but it's a pretty ridiculous development speed.
I honestly like everything about this story so far. The interlude needs a 'mature content' tag but otherwise WOO HOO! XD I'm interested to see what else happens as our friends ravages the countryside.
Amazing story. You get baited with the obvious title and then BAM, you realize you were swindled. The grammar isn't trash like other novels, in fact, it is far from it. Most importantly to me, it has a great plot line, the MC is amazing. I love the Veni, Vidi, Edi section as it made me cry tears at the amazing lines (Especially regarding the end when the MC mentions the enemy army). I also love the twists. There are good amount and most certainly not copy pasted cliches.
The story is great, it's pretty easy to dive into the mind of the protagonist. I was able to grow with him, and he grew on me, so even if he did some so-called "evil" stuff, I could always understand it at least.
Grammar and the style are also great. Sometimes I couldn't stop laughing.
To be fair the ending didn't sit that well with me, but that's the only thing that bothered me.
Things will never go the way you expected with this novel. Absolutely amazing!
When I saw this book as the best rated book, I was like - 'WHAT? HOW CAN SUCH A BOOK BE THE BEST RATED BOOK?'
But I guess I fell for the trap set by the author, like many others. I like that trap the best. Capture readers through that (I wont say) and then rupture the story into them making it unable for the readers to leave.
Started 5 days ago when I saw someone recommended it and now here I am 5 days later and finished with the story. Overall good time.
Sex! Masochism! Sadism! Mad sex!! Gores!! Killing!! Massacre!!! Human butcher!
What you expect from good, no, BEST novel that has emotionless MC who started being lowest of the lowest life and later become powerful enough to slap God directly in Her face?
You life worth nothing if you encountered such chests without prior knowledge from reading this X-cellent novel !
Edited) When I wrote my first review it was because there wasn't one and I felt a heads up was needed but I think it speaks volumes about the story that in a few hours is received more reviews than most titles get in its first month and all of them at this point are positive.
The story is so far well written, fun and graphic. The author does an amazing job of pulling the rug it from under you, betraying your expectations in ways that make you love the story.
I have read quite a few books in my life, but how exterminatus has managed to enwrap me in a story about a moronic box so absolutly, that it stands out above all the other books and has become my favourite shiny, is just mind boggling to me.
No matter what you think at the very beginning, if you like to enjoy an extremly well made carakter development (and are rotten enough inside, HE hehehehe ) then you will devour this story like a stonekin dwarf a barrel of firebrew whisky.
