Train with Coach Xavier works because it is customized to your goals and adjusted to your fitness level to help you lose fat, gain strength, increase lean muscle mass, and increase overall performance.

Where will I be doing my training?

Coach Xavier provides in-person training at a private gym in Richmond, VA by appointment only. Digital training is also available worldwide via our Train with Coach Xavier: Online Coaching

​

Do I need in-person and online coaching?

It is highly recommended that you sign up for Train with Coach Xavier in-person and online coaching to help you stay motivated to reach your goals and maximize your investment in your wellness.

​

What hours can I train in person?

Coach Xavier provides in-person training 7 days a week. Appointments are available from early mornings to late evenings to accommodate most clients. When you sign up for your training package you will have full access to my schedule to book your sessions.

Can I train with others?

Coach Xavier does not provide group coaching. However, if you wish to workout with a friend or family member, please feel free to discuss available options.

​

How often should I train?

The frequency of your training depends on your goals, current level of fitness, and any recommendations by your healthcare provider.

How soon will I see the results?

You will feel the results of your Train with Coach Xavier custom-tailored training program almost immediately. The physical transformation varies, based on the quality of your nutrition and exercise regime.
