Welcome to Rose Rank and File (RRF)! RRF was formed by a group of concerned Local 1930 members from across the NYPL system in 2020. Our goals are: to empower our fellow workers by providing clear and accurate information about our union, to organize around actions that are meaningful to our union siblings, and to build solidarity across the system.

What do we want?

1. A Local that invests in union education and encourages member participation in meetings and initiatives
2. To influence memorandums of agreement (MOAs) and contract negotiations with NYPL
3. To elect new members to the Local 1930 Executive Board (EB)

What happens when you fill out this form?

You'll be added to an email list where you'll receive updates, initiatives, and invitations to meetings from RRF organizers. The email list is private, and only organizers can send communication.

How can you participate in RRF?

1. By just being here and keeping up with communication!
2. By responding to action items, surveys, and other initiatives sent out through this email list
3. By being an active participant in the Local and attending Local 1930 meetings
4. By helping to recruit more members by sharing the RRF participation survey: bit.ly/JoinRRF
