My name is Mathieu Plourde, and I am an Instructional Designer and Educational Technology Consultant, currently working as a Teaching and Learning Consultant at the College of Business Administration (FSA ULaval) at Université Laval. I graduated with an M.A. in Educational Leadership at the University of Delaware. This site is my personal blog. Mathieu Plourde is an Instructional Designer and Educational Technology Consultant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (2000) and an M.B.A. (2006), both acquired at Université Laval, Quebec City, Canada, and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware (2019). His multidisciplinary background (graphic, web and instructional design, IT, marketing, management, communication, education, etc.) gives him a unique view of teaching, learning, and user support. He is also a social media strategist and an open education advocate (open educational resources). He currently works as a Teaching and Learning Consultant at the College of Business Administration (FSA ULaval) at Université Laval, Quebec City, Canada.
Mathieu Plourde est concepteur pédagogique et consultant en technologies éducatives. Il possède un baccalauréat en communication visuelle et un MBA de l’Université Laval, ainsi qu’un Master’s of Arts in Educational Leadership de l’Université du Delaware. Son approche multidisciplinaire (design graphique, web et pédagogique, technologies de information, marketing, gestion, communications et éducation) lui permet de guider partenaires et clients dans leurs questionnements liés à l’enseignement, l’apprentissage et au soutien aux utilisateurs. Il est également un stratège en utilisation des réseaux sociaux et un pèlerin de l’apprentissage libre et gratuit (ressources éducationnelles libres). Il est présentement Conseiller en pédagogie universitaire à la Faculté des sciences de l’administration (FSA ULaval) de l’Université Laval à Québec.
